At Into the Whirled Yarn & Fiber Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your hand-dyed fiber or yarn doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initial Contact

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the yarn is still in its original skein or braid form and securely pack it to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Shipping the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping method to send the package back to our studio address.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
